Pam and Vivian grew up in Littleton and north Denver, respectively, learning to love Colorado and to respect how the climate can effect the comfort at home and in business. Pam and Vivian both have experience in manufacturing, mechanical systems and construction. Their schooling includes classes in Energy Auditing for both residential and commercial buildings, infrared cameras, HVAC, including boilers and reporting software. Both are certified Building Analyst through BPI (Building Performance Institute). This certification is required for many of the rebate programs for rebate eligibility.
